Welcome to our online makeup scheduler! You are going to love how easy it is to schedule, cancel, reschedule missed classes . . . right here, at your fingertips, no need to email your instructor. 

Starting Fall 2025, we are limiting makeups to 3 per semester. We are balancing our earnest desire to build a sense of community in each class with the reality that life is certain to through curveballs your way. In most instances, 3 missed classes should be ample. If you have unusual circumstances, notify the director to see what might be possible.

There a limited number of makeup seats available each semester. If you know that you'll be missing a class, feel free to take your makeup prior to your absence. Our online scheduler makes it easy for you to view the available makeup seats. It's easy to sign up for a makeup online, and your teacher will receive an email notification.

Makeups must be scheduled for the semester in which the absence occurs. They cannot be carried over to future semesters.

Did you know? You can CANCEL a make-up by choosing the tab that reads "Cancel" (look for the Cancel tab next to the word "Schedule" in the Make Up Scheduler). Sometimes life is unpredictable. If you cannot attend your scheduled make-up, please cancel it and reschedule at your convenience!
